HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A GREAT  LEADER-  A LION OF NDIGBO
Some are born great, few achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.  
His Excellency, Deputy Senate President, Dr. Ike Ekweremadu fits into the middle of the few among modern Igbo leaders who have achieve greatness by sheer dedication, focus hard work and tenacity of a man who did not forget where he came from and why he was sent to Abuja.


Despite his party losing at the center, IkeOha Ndigbo still maintained his top position of the leadership in the National Assembly and the in process becoming the longest serving Deputy Senate President in Nigeria.

 
Our own DSP led the South East Caucus of Senate in collaboration and cooperation with others secured the immediate and timely release of our brother Maazi Ndubuisi Kanu.  This single feat diffused the wrong notion that Igbo is not united.  The ridiculous bail was not just met but was met at a record time

The great IkeOha has been a reliable ally and confidant to our able and noble governor - His Excellency Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi - GburuGBuru.  DSP Ekweremadu has stood with the Enugu State government, more strongly even when the former governor bailed out.
